This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Diagnose and resolve operational challenges associated with the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Oversee configurations and provide support for cloud-based solutions
• Evaluate and optimize SQL performance
• Document processes for future reference and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in technical customer support
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL and Oracle databases
• Practical experience working with Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services, including AWS, Azure, OCI, and Google Cloud
