Product Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assist our commercial teams in ensuring customer success by addressing complex data inquiries related to dataset meanings and their specific usage limitations.

• Work closely with our engineering team to develop our AI data context layer with evaluations. This role demands a thorough understanding of the data along with excellent technical writing skills, influencing the design of evaluations to gauge agent quality.

• Contribute to determining the necessary tools to develop within our data products to enhance data explainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare data products.

• At least 2 years in roles involving customer-facing interactions.

• Familiarity with SQL is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is essential (proficiency in Excel analyses is required if SQL knowledge is lacking).

• Experience in technical writing - translating complex ideas into simple written explanations for non-technical stakeholders.

• Preferred: background in product development or collaboration with product-building teams.

• Preferred: experience in AI evaluations and establishing frameworks for assessing agentic quality.

• Strong attention to detail, clear and concise communication, the ability to reason through use cases, and storytelling with data.

• A proactive approach and a bias towards action.
