This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Deliver customer support for inquiries related to the loan origination system
• Effectively communicate with clients to resolve their issues
• Record customer interactions in the ticketing system
• Work collaboratively with teams to escalate and address complex problems
• Serve as the initial point of contact for customer support inquiries
• Interact with customers in a clear and professional manner in a customer-facing capacity
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within established service levels
• Log, monitor, and manage tickets using the ticketing system
• Escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed and ensure follow-up until resolution
• Keep accurate records of issues and their resolutions
• Comply strictly with company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
