This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct investigations and resolve complex inquiries related to support for the Navigator system and the Disability Tax.
• Execute operational tasks, including managing stores, processing GWIZ requests, handling orphaned payments, and creating duplicate tax slips.
• Carry out regular maintenance activities, which involve system updates and maintaining audit documentation.
• Oversee security access, user profiles, and system permissions pertaining to Disability and Group Life operations.
• Collaborate with the Tax Business Analyst to assist with the annual Disability Tax project.
• Contribute to both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and precision.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a client-centered approach.
• Understanding of Disability insurance.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with the Navigator system.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
