This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas that need enhancement.
• Create reports and dashboards to offer insights into sales performance.
• Assist the team by performing market research and competitor evaluations.
• Aid in predicting sales trends and establishing sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure precise reporting of sales metrics.
• Provide executive support to sales and marketing leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
• Develop and maintain strategy decks, presentations, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee logistics for team meetings, events, offsites, and cross-functional projects.
• Act as a central point of coordination between sales, marketing, and external vendors.
• Keep sales databases and CRM systems updated through communication with vendors.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is essential.
• Experience in creating strategy decks and presentations for executive-level audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage complex calendars and logistics effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and diligence in reporting tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.
• Proficient in problem-solving and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not mandatory.
