Support Agreement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Defense Health Agency in the development and management of support agreements.

• Collaborate with personnel across various business units and functional domains.

• Draft, review, and refine support agreements and technical documentation.

• Gather metrics data for reporting purposes to various leadership tiers.

• Ensure clear and effective communication.

• Oversee and monitor the coordination of Support Agreements in alignment with established guidelines.

• Develop, coordinate, and manage a range of Support Agreements.

• Work effectively with Support Agreements personnel and SDD Product Teams.

• Maintain a centralized repository for all Support Agreement documentation.

• Create and uphold templates and process assets for Support Agreements.

• Collaborate with other areas to manage Support Agreement schedules.

• Enhance the collection of meaningful metrics data for thorough analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree along with 3 years of Project Management experience.

• Strong editorial and writing abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with technical topics in Emerging Technology, CyberSecurity, Healthcare, and Engineering.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple Products and adhere to deadlines.

• Experience with SharePoint Online is preferred.

• Understanding of DoD Acquisition and Support Agreements processes is preferred.

• Knowledge of PMBOK® processes is preferred.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
