Senior Access Analyst – Prelude & Referrals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver end-user support by analyzing and diagnosing system issues, identifying root causes, and resolving problems or escalating them to the appropriate IT personnel when beyond one's area of expertise.

• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, enhancing product performance and usability.

• Provide vendors with suggestions for system enhancements.

• Address technical challenges that arise during installation and maintenance processes.

• Design, implement, and maintain applications while ensuring continuous optimization and performance.

• Convert technical requirements into development specifications and offer support for product management.

• Assess and document system updates, upgrades, and their implications in partnership with analysts and end users.

• Engage in system implementations, upgrades, and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.

• Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to guarantee compliance and optimal performance.

• Create and maintain documentation, including build specifications, test scripts, and training materials, and deliver training when necessary.

• Collaborate with clinical staff and IT professionals to evaluate, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain systems.

• Work closely with clinical staff and IT teams to ensure that workstations, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals meet the functional and compatibility requirements of Epic applications.

• Strategically lead and collaborate on cross-functional application initiatives with application and operational teams to ensure seamless integration, streamlined workflows, and optimal system performance.

• Maintain the necessary vendor certifications to support the analyst's application responsibilities.

• Assist with system integrations and interoperability efforts involving other third-party applications and interfaces.

• Provide support as needed for after-hours activities such as go-lives, upgrades, downtimes, and other special projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required.

• A combination of post-high school education, job-related certifications, and/or related experience equivalent to seven (7) years may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.

• Two or more of the following Epic Certifications: Prelude, Eligibility, Referrals.
