Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will be instrumental in assisting our internal teams, ensuring seamless processes and meticulous attention to detail. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative and operational tasks:

• Maintain and organize internal tools (Jira, Slack, Airtable)

• Collaborate with Producers and Project Managers on daily operational needs

• Help maintain transparency across tasks, deadlines, and project developments

• Support event setup and launch by creating and validating experiences in internal tools

• Execute back office updates while ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information

• Aid in invoicing processes and liaise with the Finance team

• Actively assist with venue research and initial outreach efforts

• Contribute to budget monitoring and cost distribution

• Prepare and oversee contracts

• You will collaborate closely with our team across LATAM and remotely, facilitating the smooth operation of some of Fever’s most cherished scalable experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• You reside in Spain and are legally authorized to work here

• You are fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

• Experience in structured operations, support, or administrative roles

• Strong attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and commitment to follow-through

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace (or a quick learner)

• A team-oriented attitude, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Bonus: Familiarity with events, production, or the music industry 🎶
