Supply Planning Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in production planning and ensure alignment among demand, supply, and available capacity.

• Keep supply-planning data current in the MRP system, which includes inventory, purchase orders, sales forecasts, promotional inputs, and production assumptions.

• Evaluate and update NetSuite items, locations, and transaction data to guarantee accurate reporting and planning.

• Oversee transfer orders, item receipts, and assembly builds to detect and report inventory discrepancies at supplier sites.

• Collaborate with supplier partners for end-of-month inventory reconciliation.

• Support the creation of inventory and availability reports for sales and marketing, encompassing marketing materials and promotional kits.

• Actively identify and address supply- and data-related issues prior to their impact on production or fulfillment.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Planning, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, inventory, or supply-chain support roles within a manufacturing or consumer-goods setting.

• Familiarity with compliance documentation and regulatory standards is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and the capability to spot inconsistencies in documentation or data.

• Exceptional organizational skills for managing records and logs.

• Proficient in analyzing and investigating supply, production, or quality issues effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• A self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently without waiting for guidance.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, fast-paced environments, and adapt to shifting priorities.
