Supply Chain Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, construction, and configuration of large-scale applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, collaborating with multiple teams and business areas.

• Make technical decisions at the team level and contribute to key architectural and solution decisions.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Develop and implement best practices for the design, integration, and maintenance of solutions on D365.

• Analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented solutions.

• Ensure the adoption of industry trends and superior technologies within the Microsoft stack.

• Coordinate with development teams, QA, and stakeholders to guarantee quality, scalability, performance, and end-to-end security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven advanced experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

• Experience in implementing and customizing complex solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for critical business processes.

• Experience in large-scale data integration between D365 and other products or legacy systems using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, SOAP, middleware, and/or APIs.

• Experience in large-scale data migration projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Experience in designing and defining the technical architecture of complex, scalable, and maintainable solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Ability to translate business requirements and needs into technical solutions and detailed architecture definitions for the development team.

• Experience in utilizing templates and reusable components for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Strong knowledge in managing, governing, and defining security principles for D365 and Azure environments.

• Experience in SQL Scripting (T-SQL) and SQL scripting for databases in the context of D365.

• Experience in testing solutions at scale, including stage, regression, and performance testing in the context of D365.

• Experience in version control and management for high-complexity solutions or projects, handling CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for D365.

• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or other tools integrated with D365.

• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral, is mandatory.
