Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage proactively with customers regarding the status of their shipments and address any arising issues.

• Collaborate across various departments to ensure that loads meet On-Time Performance (OTP) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

• Manage quote and booking tasks as needed for the designated customer group.

• Oversee the scheduling and rescheduling of appointments as necessary.

• Conduct scorecard audits to ensure alignment between both external and internal metrics.

• Timely processing of accessorial charges.

• Aid in resolving discrepancies related to RPM/FSC for billing purposes.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both internally and when interacting with customers.

• Experience in scheduling tasks is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with quote and booking tasks is beneficial, though not required.

• Ability to swiftly identify and resolve issues.

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement.
