This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Take charge of all Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are clear, current, and consistently enforced.
• Develop and implement new processes across sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Promote the standardization of workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as the primary point of ownership for all process documentation.
• Establish and implement Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
• Create and oversee dashboards that monitor performance across logistics, sourcing, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Guarantee accurate and consistent reporting to leadership.
• Identify performance deficiencies and assist teams in executing corrective actions.
• Act as the main owner of Cin7 Core for Supply Chain management.
• Ensure high levels of data accuracy across inventory, purchase orders, and operational workflows.
• Manage system configurations, updates, and ongoing improvements.
• Train and assist team members on system utilization and best practices.
• Collaborate with the VP of Supply Chain to track and manage supply chain expenditures.
• Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Provide insights into key cost factors (transportation, sourcing, and inventory holding).
• Aid in the development and execution of the inventory management strategy.
• Establish and maintain processes for inventory control, accuracy, and optimization.
• Coordinate significant supply chain projects and initiatives.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and progress across various workstreams.
• Bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to transformation initiatives.
• Possess 3–6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or PMO roles.
• Have substantial experience working with ERP systems (experience with Cin7 Core is highly advantageous).
• Have developed and managed SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Be highly skilled in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understand essential supply chain functions (sourcing, logistics, inventory, and warehouse management).
• Be comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Be capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining structure and accuracy.
