Supply Chain PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of all Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are well-defined, current, and uniformly implemented.

• Create and execute new processes for sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations.

• Lead the standardization of workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Establish and implement Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.

• Develop and oversee dashboards that monitor performance across logistics, sourcing, inventory, and warehouse functions.

• Serve as the primary owner of Cin7 Core for Supply Chain.

• Collaborate with the VP of Supply Chain to monitor and manage supply chain expenses.

• Assist in formulating and executing the inventory management strategy.

• Coordinate significant supply chain projects and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or project management office (PMO) roles.

• Extensive experience working with ERP systems, with Cin7 Core being a significant advantage.

• Proven track record in developing and managing SOPs, KPIs, and reporting systems.

• Highly skilled in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Solid understanding of fundamental supply chain functions, including sourcing, logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.

• Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional settings.

• Able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining organization and accuracy.
