Supply Chain PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of all Supply Chain SOPs, ensuring they are clear, current, and uniformly implemented.

• Create and execute new processes throughout sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations.

• Promote the standardization of workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Serve as the primary owner for all process documentation.

• Establish and execute Supply Chain KPIs that align with business objectives.

• Develop and oversee dashboards that monitor performance across logistics, sourcing, inventory, and warehouse operations.

• Guarantee consistent and precise reporting to leadership.

• Recognize performance gaps and assist teams in implementing corrective measures.

• Be the key custodian of Cin7 Core for Supply Chain.

• Ensure high levels of data accuracy across inventory, purchase orders, and operational workflows.

• Oversee system configurations, updates, and continuous enhancements.

• Collaborate with the VP of Supply Chain to monitor and manage supply chain expenses.

• Aid in budget planning, monitoring, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3–6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or PMO roles.

• Have substantial experience with ERP systems (Cin7 Core is a significant advantage).

• Have developed and managed SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

• Be highly skilled in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Comprehend essential supply chain functions (sourcing, logistics, inventory, and warehouse).

• Be comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

• Be capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining structure and accuracy.
