
Supply Chain Planning Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assist in planning network hardware activities with an emphasis on demand forecasting, supply planning, and capacity management.
• Create, analyze, and convey weekly insights on demand, supply, and supportability for vital hardware components and devices.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of source systems and interconnected datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Monitor and preserve historical changes in demand, supply, and supportability to provide auditability and traceability.
• Establish and standardize reporting processes, methodologies, and metrics across planning functions.
• Document data sources, business assumptions, calculations, and planning processes to maintain operational consistency.
• Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports to aid executive and operational decision-making.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across planning and reporting workflows.
• Build, enhance, and sustain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that offer visibility into supply positions, risks, and performance.
• Utilize SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools to extract, transform, analyze, and visualize large datasets.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to enhance internal planning tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, and Operations teams to refine end-to-end planning processes.
• Aid in the creation and execution of scenario planning and "what-if" modeling capabilities to assess supply chain risks and planning results.
• Develop functional requirements, business processes, and project documentation to bolster planning initiatives and system improvements.
• Oversee project timelines, monitor deliverables, communicate status updates, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Offer analytical recommendations and technical insights to business leaders and project stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, or related operational planning roles.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing SQL for data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
• 3+ years of experience in developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and translating complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• 3–4 years of experience in supporting program execution, project management, or technical operational initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar enterprise planning platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within extensive datasets.
• Experience in collaborating across multiple business functions and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
