Supply Chain Planning – IBP, Kinaxis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-centric and dynamic international projects, with substantial autonomy and guidance.

• Serve as a functional and solution expert to proactively advise clients and deliver exceptional results in your areas of expertise.

• Responsible for the planning, conception, and execution of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects throughout the entire project life cycle.

• Contribute to business development efforts, from responding to requests for information to proposal submission and presentation.

• Actively engage in the growth of the practice, including support for service offerings development, training, and knowledge management.

⛳️ Requirements

• **At least 3 years of experience with IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation programs in roles such as Functional Lead, Solution Architect, or SME** (or equivalent experience in an industry role).

• **A minimum of 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning** across areas such as Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and SC Control Tower.

• **Demonstrated experience working with leading IT consulting firms.**

• Ideally, a solution expert in one of the premier supply chain planning tools, **particularly SAP IBP and/or Kinaxis.**

• Background with software vendors (SAP and/or Kinaxis).

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.

• Proven track record in the planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects throughout the project life cycle.

• Experience in assessing existing supply chain processes and identifying areas for enhancement using SAP IBP or Kinaxis.

• Experience in leading the implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.

• Ideally, industry experience in **Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Sciences.**

• Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, and ideally in a second language (e.g., German, French).

• A broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for diverse audiences.

• Willingness to travel as required by project-related needs.

• Certification in SAP IBP or Kinaxis is advantageous.

• Familiarity with other supply chain management software.
