Supply Chain Operations, Order Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders through various systems and portals.

• Manage, upload, and maintain stock feeds to provide real-time visibility of inventory.

• Conduct regular updates, reconciliations, and availability checks on inventory.

• Monitor and refresh dispatch statuses to ensure precise delivery information.

• Guarantee consistency and accuracy of data across all operational platforms.

• Oversee the entire operational lifecycle from order creation through to dispatch and completion.

• Track performance during operational cycles and identify risks, delays, or inefficiencies.

• Serve as a vital link among operations, logistics, supply chain, customer service, and management.

• Provide insights, reporting, and updates to support stakeholders and operations leaders.

• Keep thorough documentation for operational processes, mappings, and workflows.

• Manage operational administration related to system harmonization and process alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, order processing, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.

• Strong grasp of operational workflows and lifecycle management.

• Ability to work with multiple systems, portals, or platforms concurrently.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.

• Capability to coordinate across teams while managing competing priorities.

• Familiarity with stock feeds, inventory synchronization, or ERP / OMS platforms.

• Experience with Netsuite ERP or Orderwise ERP is desirable.

• Understanding of logistics and dispatch processes is a plus.

• Experience in process improvement or operations optimization is advantageous.
