Supply Chain & Operations Manager – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire supply chain lifecycle, encompassing forecasting, purchasing, fulfillment, and delivery.

• Develop and enhance processes for inventory planning and demand forecasting.

• Cultivate relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

• Organize production timelines, shipping schedules, and inventory flow.

• Assist in operational planning for European expansion, addressing international logistics and regional operational requirements.

• Track purchasing activities, inventory performance, and cash flow metrics.

• Create scalable systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational reporting frameworks.

• Recognize operational inefficiencies and enact process improvements throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations with a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brand.

• Proven expertise in inventory forecasting, purchasing, and managing supplier relationships.

• Familiarity with Shopify and third-party logistics (3PL) ecosystems.

• Experience collaborating with overseas manufacturers and navigating international logistics.

• Knowledge of multi-market operations and the complexities of cross-border supply chains, especially in Europe.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led setting.
