This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Purchase Order Routing & Prep-Center Operations: Develop and manage the system that directs each purchase order to the most suitable of our four nationwide prep centers, considering vendor shipping locations, costs, speed, and capacity.
• Communication with Prep Centers: Oversee all interactions and file submissions with our four prep centers — including shipping plans, packing/preparation guidelines, box content files, and follow-up communications.
• Coordination of Inbound Shipments: Organize inbound deliveries from vendors shipping from various locations across the country, ensuring that each purchase order arrives at the correct facility with complete and accurate documentation.
• Freight and Vendor Liaison: Engage directly with freight brokers to arrange, monitor, and troubleshoot shipments between vendors and prep centers.
• Supplier Communication: Interact directly with key suppliers — such as Soccer Zone and GMA Sales — regarding order logistics, shipping details, and timelines.
• Invoice Reconciliation: Take ownership of and enhance the freight invoice reconciliation process — auditing amounts billed by carriers against quoted rates, identifying discrepancies, and refining the process for improved efficiency over time.
• Automation and Systems Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to automate, streamline, and eliminate manual tasks in every workflow you handle. Document your creations to ensure they are repeatable.
• Collaborative Systems Development: Work closely with the founder to integrate existing infrastructure into a cohesive and functional routing and reconciliation system. Much of the foundational work is already completed — this role focuses on integration and operation, rather than starting from scratch.
• Extensive experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations at a senior level — someone capable of designing and executing systems rather than merely following a checklist.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience with prep centers, third-party logistics (3PLs), freight brokers, or inbound logistics.
• At least two years of experience with Amazon FBA.
• A genuine focus on AI — you actively use AI tools to enhance efficiency and instinctively pursue automation. Comfort with tools such as ChatGPT/Claude, spreadsheets/Google Sheets, and ideally workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, or similar).
• Excellent written English and confident, professional communication skills — you will represent the voice of the company to prep centers, freight brokers, and suppliers. (English proficiency B2-C1)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially regarding documentation, file accuracy, and numerical reconciliation.
• Self-motivated and dependable in an asynchronous, remote work environment — you take initiative and escalate only issues that truly require the founder's judgment.
• A process-oriented mindset: when encountering something manual or repetitive, your first instinct is to find a way to systematize it.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience directly using Amazon Seller Central / FBA for shipment creation.
• Familiarity with multi-channel fulfillment platforms (TikTok Shop, Temu, Shein) or tools such as Rithum/ChannelAdvisor.
• Basic technical skills — ability to read/write simple scripts, work with APIs, or create dashboards.
• Experience reconciling carrier/freight invoices at scale.
• Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere—our team is global, and we prioritize work-life balance.
• Growth Opportunities: As a vital contributor, you'll have the chance to influence your role and advance with us.
• Innovative Culture: Join a team passionate about leveraging data to address challenges and drive success in a rapidly changing market.
