This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and sustain demand forecasts across various regions, including the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, and additional global markets.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal variations to formulate precise demand and inventory strategies.
• Create annual, quarterly, and seasonal forecasts to facilitate business expansion and production planning.
• Establish sales quantity plans and allocation strategies across different territories and sales channels.
• Track sales performance relative to forecasts and identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities.
• Prepare and disseminate weekly reports on sales performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory status.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that offer visibility into essential sales and inventory metrics.
• Monitor inventory levels across channels and territories, identifying products at risk of stock depletion.
• Proactively communicate replenishment requirements to operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
• Assist with seasonal pre-order planning by providing accurate demand forecasts and business insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to synchronize forecasting and inventory planning initiatives.
• Support the client with additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary, aligning with the role and overall business goals.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Sales Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong background in forecasting, demand planning, inventory analysis, and performance reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working across multiple sales channels, including e-commerce, wholesale, retail, or marketplace settings.
• Ability to analyze extensive datasets and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools for business stakeholders.
• Superior communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, ERP systems, inventory management systems, or reporting tools is strongly preferred.
• Background in consumer products, apparel, retail, e-commerce, or a related industry is preferred.
• Availability to work during US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
• Ready to start within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer.
• Comfortable using time-tracking tools (e.g., Time Doctor).
• Must have a personal laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
• Backup equipment available in case of power and internet outages.
