Supply Chain Modeling, Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervise the generation and verification of intricate supply-chain datasets to guarantee precision and scalability for modeling and analytical processes.

• Conduct in-depth descriptive and statistical analyses, develop repeatable forecasting methods, and mentor junior team members on analytical best practices.

• Create and implement scenario and sensitivity analyses within established digital-twin, network, or simulation models, while synthesizing operational implications.

• Produce dashboards and analytical narratives that effectively convey findings to both client and internal leadership stakeholders.

• Establish structured, repeatable documentation for analytical logic, assumptions, methodologies, and data flows.

• Facilitate discussions with planning, logistics, engineering, and operations teams to define analytical requirements and solution strategies.

• Mentor junior analysts, evaluate outputs, and ensure quality and consistency across all analytical deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative supply-chain analysis positions.

• Demonstrated experience managing analytical workstreams or modules in client delivery.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; experience in developing dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience in performing statistical analysis, scenario testing, or forecasting.

• Capability to convert complex analyses into clear, actionable business insights.

• Experience in mentoring junior analysts or reviewing analytical deliverables.
