This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Oversee the timely management of weekly and monthly payments to vendors and 3PLs, achieving over 90% accuracy in on-time payments.
• Take ownership of and enhance reconciliation processes in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Track actual payments against forecasts, identifying any discrepancies and potential risks.
• Redefine and improve payment forecasting models.
• Discover and implement automation opportunities within financial workflows.
• Develop reports, KPIs, and controls to enhance financial transparency.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Finance departments.
• Serve as the primary contact for all vendor payment-related inquiries.
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Operations.
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Background in reconciliation, payments, or cash flow management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ownership and execution mindset.
• Capacity to simplify complex processes.
• Enthusiasm for automation and ongoing improvement.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders.
• Nice to have: experience with SQL, Tableau, or BI tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Experience in e-commerce or supply chain settings.
