This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Contribute to and enhance Argano’s strategy for the wholesale and supply chain sector by identifying market trends, client requirements, and alignment with Oracle solutions.
• Create strategic intellectual property, frameworks, and go-to-market materials to set Argano’s offerings apart in this domain.
• Collaborate with Oracle sales, product, and industry teams to jointly develop and promote value propositions as needed.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in client-facing roles, including steering committees, solution design sessions, and executive presentations.
• Guide clients on their digital transformation journeys, particularly in migrating from legacy on-prem ERP systems to Oracle Cloud.
• Assist in change management planning and communication strategies when applicable.
• Partner with Argano’s Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support RFPs, client workshops, estimations, statements of work, and sales presentations.
• Contribute to pipeline growth for new business opportunities by establishing trusted advisor relationships with prospective clients.
• Facilitate closing business through effective contributions of industry experience, solution design, delivery expertise, and executive presence.
• Engage as an executive stakeholder in delivery engagements to ensure solution integrity and client satisfaction.
• Serve as an escalation point and member of steering committees for significant client projects.
• Ensure strategic alignment between delivery teams and the client's business objectives.
• Guide project PMO teams through methodology, resources, timelines, budgets, and scope expectations aligned with the project statement of work.
• Collaborate with and support project managers as part of the project Governance team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or a similar field is required.
• MBA or another relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in industry strategy, consulting, professional services, or solution leadership roles, focusing on wholesale distribution, supply chain, or logistics.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud applications, including ERP, SCM, and EPM.
• Proven success in supporting or leading cloud transformation initiatives (OIC/OCI required).
• Understanding of mid to up-market business dynamics and solution delivery for both medium and large enterprises.
• Experience in change management or organizational readiness is highly advantageous.
• Travel is generally around 25%, but may increase to 50% depending on client and business needs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future.
