Supply Chain Associate Director, 6 Months Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee supply chain initiatives, ensuring precise demand planning, replenishment, and inventory management throughout the European portfolio.

• Conduct cluster/affiliate Demand Planning meetings to align stakeholders on demand management, supply, and inventory levels.

• Develop the S&OP process, advocate for its tools across functions, and ensure consensus on forecasts.

• Handle supply escalations effectively.

• Stay updated on supply chain components including demand management, replenishment, inventory, promotional planning, logistics, and seasonal planning.

• Report on regionally driven KPIs and create additional metrics to enhance affiliate performance.

• Engage in product launches by ensuring forecast accuracy for launches, monitoring sales against forecasts for 6-12 months post-launch, and advising on inventory strategy adjustments.

• Support all financial cycles, including forecasting, budgeting, and LRP, by providing detailed analysis of the demand plan.

• Establish and sustain effective cross-functional relationships with business leaders, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Commercial.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, or Consumer Goods industry.

• Familiarity with SAP and other Supply Chain systems/tools, particularly in Demand and Replenishment processes.

• Understanding of Supply Chain concepts, tools, business processes, and predictive analytics.

• Degree in Supply Chain Management (or CPIM certified or currently pursuing) or relevant experience.

• Strong business and financial acumen along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.

• Certified Operational Excellence AGILE Leader, green belt certification, or equivalent training is a minimum requirement.
