This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of data and analytics solutions for Mondelez Supply Chain.
• Take ownership of SCI products, which include dashboards and other assets.
• Lead data engineers and front-end developers, working in collaboration with architects on Supply Chain and Logistics solutions.
• Partner with business teams and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and guide strategic planning and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to utilize advanced analytics within Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
• Enable and refine analytics products to support business decisions, improvements, and value creation.
• Oversee daily product development and ensure end-to-end product delivery.
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Scrum team directives.
• Manage and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Take ownership of assigned products and components, including Epics, Features, and Stories.
• Define essential product success metrics and monitor overall product performance.
• Validate technical and business testing progress and ensure product quality.
• Communicate and collaborate regularly with stakeholders to review priorities and upcoming tasks.
• Collaborate with the SCI Scrum Master on the product backlog, tasks, and potential impediments.
• A minimum of 1 year of training and experience in the responsibilities of an Agile Product Owner is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Business, Business Economics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Proficient in Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, written communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to lead a technical team of developers and data analysts.
• Capacity to influence others indirectly, collaborate across teams, and work towards a common objective.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across teams.
• Capability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Knowledge of data structuring and data governance principles.
• Experience in Supply Chain is preferred.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
• Ability to interpret, challenge, and derive insights from data; note that coding is not part of this role.
• Capability to serve as the primary point of contact with business stakeholders for the team.
• Curiosity and a drive to ask questions and uncover root causes.
• Availability to work 9–5 local time.
• Willingness to travel once or twice to Mondelez HQ in New Jersey.
