Supply Chain Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Receive and process supplier offers, ensuring precise data entry into our system.

• Follow up on orders to guarantee timely completion.

• Update prices for internal clients and prospects.

• Manage special volume-based deals.

• Implement strategic costing methodologies.

• Generate accurate price quotations for a variety of goods and services.

• Input and refresh pricing information in the system, ensuring correctness.

• Coordinate with partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Verify and validate proposals to ensure alignment with the chosen supplier's offerings.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth processes and workflows.

• Prepare detailed reports related to quotations, purchases, and supplier offers.

• Maintain 95% on-time updates.

• Ensure that 95% of orders adhere to SLA requirements.

• Keep escalated orders below 5%.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.

• Over 1 year of experience in order management, vendor coordination, or procurement.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proactive and strategic thinker who anticipates challenges and devises solutions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

• Experience in pricing roles within IT asset management companies.
