Supply and Demand Planning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversee inventory flow by coordinating deliveries, tracking stock movements, and ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained.

• Work in partnership with logistics providers and internal teams to facilitate seamless and timely inbound and outbound operations.

• Guarantee that all orders are processed within service level agreements (SLA) and promptly address any outstanding or delayed cases.

• Supervise PO inbound completion, manage backlog cases, cancellations, and customer returns to uphold accurate stock positions.

• Address disputes or claims concerning missing parcels, unreceived returns, or unsuccessful deliveries with the necessary supporting documentation.

• Monitor and report on operational KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly reports (inventory adjustments, claims, aging, reconciliation), and provide insights on performance.

• Manage the performance of third-party logistics (3PL), conduct audits, track issues, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Accelerate and monitor deliveries between the seller center and Synagie systems to ensure accurate fulfillment and system alignment.

• Identify operational or warehouse-related challenges, conduct root-cause analysis, and suggest actionable enhancements.

• Foster effective communication with Customer Service, BD, Finance, Tech, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Assist in process improvement and business innovation initiatives aimed at boosting operational efficiency.

• Execute additional duties and projects as assigned by management to support business priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of combined experience in supply and demand planning, supply chain management, business management, or related areas.

• Strong grasp of forecasting, inventory management, and operational controls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in multinational companies within the APAC region is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
