This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Carry out activities for acquiring interviewers, including sourcing, outreach, and onboarding, to meet supply growth objectives.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance candidate screening and improve the quality of applicants within the recruitment funnel.
• Collaborate with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to enhance recruitment efficiency and increase interviewer conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on essential supply acquisition metrics, such as funnel conversion rates, onboarding duration, candidate quality, and retention trends.
• Ensure precise pipeline data and documentation are maintained within applicant tracking and workflow management systems.
• Identify areas of process inefficiency and suggest improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency and the overall candidate experience.
• Develop and sustain a high-caliber network of interviewers.
• Assist in interviewer recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate outreach efforts, and streamline processes that promote supply growth.
• Collaborate with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations to attract and onboard outstanding interviewers while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking and workflow management systems; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset aimed at developing scalable processes and enhancing operational outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach to engaging candidates.
• Capability to collaborate across various teams and foster robust stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or higher).
• Must be located in Mexico City.
• Must have authorization to work in Mexico; visa sponsorship is not available.
