Supplier Development Senior Manager – Beauty & Personal Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify, cultivate, and enhance strategic supplier partnerships.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of opportunities for new business ventures.

• Oversee supplier engagements to secure new business contracts.

• Formulate strategies to engage suppliers and progress opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to harmonize strategies.

• Identify decision-makers and craft a partnership engagement strategy.

• Negotiate NDAs, contracts, and product riders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in Beauty & Personal Care or Household sales.

• Knowledge of chemical and ingredient distribution.

• Proficiency in Sales Force or similar tracking software.

• Fluent in English.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
