This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the execution of Tailored Care Management (TCM) for members registered in the Registry of Unmet Needs (RUN)
• Supervise and manage team staffing
• Engage in the recruitment process for new staff
• Support staff orientation and training initiatives
• Assess staff performance and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary
• Ensure staff productivity and optimal resource utilization
• Assist in the creation, assessment, and enhancement of operational procedures and processes
• Guarantee adherence to agency policies, URAC, NCQA, NC Medicaid, and DMH/DD/SAS regulations
• Utilize data resources to assess performance, detect trends or patterns, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Managed Care practices
• Collaborate with other departments within Trillium and external stakeholders
• Travel within the designated catchment area as necessary
• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field and at least five (5) years of experience with BH/MH and/or IDD populations; OR a fully licensed RN in NC with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the same areas
• Master's degree in a Human Services field and at least three (3) years of experience with BH/MH and/or IDD populations; OR a fully licensed RN in NC with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the same areas
• A valid driver's license is required
• Candidates must reside within Trillium's Catchment area, which includes Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, and Wilson counties
• Ability to travel within the catchment area as needed
• An advanced degree in Human Services is preferred
