This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead and oversee the RFI (Request for Information) and content management operations, ensuring high-quality, precise, and strategically aligned deliverables.
• Manage the RFI content library, including the upkeep of systems and tools that support content management.
• Assist in the completion of RFIs and questionnaires in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Drive operational efficiencies to enhance the speed, consistency, and quality of outputs.
• Ensure that all documentation produced by the team is accurate, current, and aligned with the organization’s objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality content and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Participate in discussions regarding product release readiness and assign team representation as needed.
• Support departmental leadership on strategic initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, providing guidance on daily tasks, priorities, and escalations.
• Allocate and distribute workloads to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor team performance, goals, and compliance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, and consistency across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFI, content management, or related functions (such as project management or commercial operations).
• Proven experience with proposal/content management tools (e.g., Qvidian, Responsive).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and support the development of team members.
• Strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical industry terminology and practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent analytical, written, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
• Proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in India or able to work in India in accordance with local employment requirements.
