This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Craft the narrative. Design core segment narratives that establish a foundational pitch and clear differentiators for essential sales strategies. Transform technical product information into compelling messaging that resonates with both technical and business audiences.
• Create the GTM content library. Develop and uphold a comprehensive collection of high-quality GTM materials: business and technical pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and newsletters for partners and customers. This role involves significant writing; you will generate most of this content independently.
• Manage the content calendar and online presence. Strategically plan and execute content across blog posts, emails, LinkedIn, and X. Oversee and enhance paid social media campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and style guidelines, while engaging with the developer and AI community in an authentic and on-brand manner.
• Monitor and refine. Track content performance across various channels. Utilize data to refine narratives, enhance assets, and significantly boost pipeline velocity. Integrate customer and field insights back into product and marketing positioning.
• Enhance SEO efforts. Collaborate with the growth team on SEO-focused content, contributing blog posts and landing page copy optimized for search without sacrificing quality or voice.
• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or a related domain within an AI, SaaS, or developer tools organization.
• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities. You can clearly articulate a technical concept and make it engaging for both developer and business audiences.
• Experience in producing GTM materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, blogs, newsletters, and sales narratives.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical products and teams; while you don't need to be an engineer, you can engage in meaningful conversations with one.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a content calendar and balance multiple projects without compromising quality.
• A data-driven perspective: you monitor performance, develop insights on effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed.
• Adaptable to a dynamic, early-stage environment where processes are still being established.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
• Flexible work environment with remote options available.
• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
• Engaging company culture that values collaboration and innovation.
