This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, train, and provide support to provider enrollment personnel responsible for licensing, enrollment, privileging, reappointments, and maintaining professional credentials.
• Act as the primary leader and facilitate employee relations activities, including coaching, mentoring, and implementing corrective actions.
• Review, amend, and process staff timecards and schedules.
• Assist in preparing or conducting annual performance evaluations.
• Dispatch Medicare Revalidation notifications to all providers.
• Monitor pending claims and manage work-release correspondence.
• Conduct calls with clients and deliver updates on client statuses.
• Investigate provider enrollment-related denials in collaboration with Accounts Receivable.
• Look into provider enrollment-related rejections with Clean Claims.
• Ensure that inquiries regarding releases are addressed promptly.
• Confirm that Medicare provider enrollment tasks are finalized on schedule.
• Assist Client Management with client issues and updates.
• Complete enrollments for special initiatives and offer additional assistance as needed.
• Hold individual performance and feedback discussions with team members.
• Process requested EFT enrollments and updates in coordination with Payments.
• Develop, sustain, and monitor performance metrics.
• Prepare status reports and undertake special projects.
• Draft processes and procedures that align with regulations and payer requirements.
• Execute thorough audits of accounts, payers, or specific work activities.
• Interpret intricate regulations and departmental billing policies.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• At least two years of experience in Provider Enrollment.
• Familiarity with NCQA standards pertaining to provider enrollment and health plan enrollment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary database applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to exercise independent judgment and handle confidential information.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
