This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Lead and manage a team of Consulting Pharmacists, overseeing daily operations, productivity, and performance metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Establish and implement reporting requirements, analyze operational data, and collaborate across departments to provide actionable insights that promote continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs, coaching initiatives, and quality assurance processes that foster team development and operational excellence.
• Anticipate staffing needs based on operational demands and prescription volume to ensure adequate coverage and service levels.
• Set performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and offer training, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
• Cultivate and maintain expertise in pharmacy and communication platforms.
• Fulfill frontline pharmacist duties as necessary to support prescription volume, maintain staffing coverage, and ensure continuity of patient care.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to align operational goals, enhance workflows, and support organizational initiatives.
• Possession of an active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the relevant Board of Pharmacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of pharmacist experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Proven experience in hiring, managing, coaching, and mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, patient consultation workflows, and healthcare technology systems.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data, manage performance metrics, and drive process improvements.
