Fleet Operations Regional Manager – Central Region

📋 Description

• Oversee a distributed team of Fleet Technicians spanning multiple states.

• Develop technician schedules to ensure that regional fleet commitments are fulfilled.

• Manage regional fleet performance metrics and provide regular updates.

• Perform root cause analysis on field-related issues and oversee parts inventory management.

• Guarantee compliance with regulations governing field service operations.

• Act as the primary liaison for customer relationships within the Central Region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, fleet operations, or technical field management.

• Proven capability to manage teams that are geographically distributed.

• Practical technical expertise in electromechanical systems, robotics, or closely related disciplines.

• Established track record in enhancing reliability KPIs.

• Strong analytical abilities complemented by excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Central Region.

• Possession of a valid US driver's license with a clean driving history.
