Supervisor, Payment Operations – Wire Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Payment Operations team

• Offer direction, support, training, coaching, and mentorship to team members

• Ensure adherence to corporate, state, and federal regulations

• Drive initiatives for process improvement

• Perform quality assurance audits and resolve compliance issues

• Monitor team performance and carry out annual performance evaluations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) or equivalent industry-related certification (strongly preferred)

• At least 7+ years of Bank Operations experience in a 'back office' role (required)

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management position (required)

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• High degree of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to develop and sustain relationships with both internal and external clients

• Comprehensive knowledge of ACH, Wire, or TM Fulfillment operational responsibilities, policies, and procedures

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Capability to influence, persuade, and train team members
