• Oversees and supervises entry-level and processing personnel.
• Responsible for the hiring, training, evaluation, development, and performance management of staff.
• Monitors and directs workflows to guarantee timely and accurate processing.
• Develops policies and procedures aimed at enhancing efficiencies and supporting new contracts or programs.
• Creates and monitors reports to assess process control and production effectiveness.
• Addresses customer inquiries and tracks issues for potential process improvements.
• Collects and analyzes operational data to ascertain the reasons for calls and identify areas for efficiency enhancements.
• Conducts quality control work and provides feedback and coaching to team members.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience, including hiring and termination authority for at least ten associates, is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare (preferably in government healthcare delivery) or a production environment is required.
• Experience with Medicare is highly preferred.
• Experience in enrollment is strongly desired.
