This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations of a team of travel consultants.
• Manage key performance metrics (KPI), workloads, provide support, and offer coaching.
• Serve as the primary contact for team members.
• Actively mentor and cultivate the team to achieve and surpass all performance objectives.
• Lead a team of travel consultants by providing guidance and support.
• Utilize performance data to enhance team efficiency.
• Create training programs to address skill gaps.
• Supply clients with necessary industry insights.
• Stay updated on essential regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Conduct daily monitoring of global distribution systems (GDS) queues for quality assurance.
• Significant experience in the corporate travel management sector.
• Relevant supervisory experience is necessary.
• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
