Supervisor, Last Mile Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assign work tasks and oversee group activities.

• Train associates on the proper use of equipment, operational procedures, and maintenance guidelines; assist the team in understanding housekeeping standards.

• Monitor and ensure the availability of tools, materials, and supplies.

• Supervise equipment use and guarantee the team's compliance with all safety protocols and programs.

• Manage inventory, including tracking levels and conducting merchandise reconciliations.

• Help resolve issues to maximize associate productivity; take appropriate actions to address substandard performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience (preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong mathematical skills and solid analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership qualities.
