This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Promote and market Insulet’s products to potential customers.
• Responsible for making outbound calls to patients who have shown interest in the Omnipod System.
• Manage incoming calls from patients generated through Healthcare Professionals’ (HCPs) offices or marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers.
• Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions to foster a culture of continuous process enhancement.
• Execute a wide range of complex and demanding sales and service tasks along with administrative responsibilities.
• Oversee and track the daily operations of the Inside Sales Omnipod Specialists team.
• Associate's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an inside sales or contact center setting.
• Must be available to work during Central Business Hours.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Proven experience in coaching peers within a team setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Diabetes and Insulin Pumps.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce system is essential.
• Strong selling abilities and adeptness at handling objections.
