This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and guide team members, cultivating a client-centric culture and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
• Act as a player-coach by directly addressing client support and onboarding needs as necessary.
• Oversee the daily operations of the support team, which includes resource management and performance tracking across phone, email, and digital channels.
• Supervise the client onboarding process, guaranteeing timely and accurate completion of documentation and account setup.
• Lead the onboarding for complex Treasury Management (TM) clients.
• Manage the establishment of new banking accounts.
• Monitor phone queues, resolve escalated client issues, and implement process enhancements for improved efficiency.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in a client support or banking setting is essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in customer support platforms and telecommunication systems.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving client requirements.
