Supervisor Accounting – Hospitality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Team coordination: a dependable anchor for daily operations

• Month-end closings: conduct reviews of month-end financial statements and engage in their preparation

• Payments: oversee payment processes and evaluate invoices

• Accounts receivable management: track open items and implement necessary actions

• Accounts payable: ensure accurate posting of all business transactions

• Collaborate with hotels, general managers, and external partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Business qualification or training in the hospitality sector

• Several years of professional experience in accounting

• Understanding of the processes and specific needs of hotel operations

• Previous experience in hotel accounting

• Experience in providing professional guidance to colleagues or assuming initial team responsibilities

• Clear, respectful, and dependable communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and DATEV

• Very good command of German and good command of English
