This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
β’ Act as the initial clinical point of contact for our patients by conducting video visits utilizing the latest medical records we provide.
β’ Establish trust swiftly with an elderly Medicare demographic, where patience and kindness are essential qualities.
β’ Assess care plans and the documented hours from our care advocates on a monthly basis to ensure that the care provided positively impacts patients' health and social circumstances.
β’ Deliver clinical oversight and judgment to maintain a coherent, safe, and effective continuum of care.
β’ Only MD or DO candidates will be considered.
β’ Must hold active, unrestricted licenses in at least California, Florida, Texas, New Jersey, New York, and Arizona; additional state licenses are highly advantageous.
β’ A clean professional history with no past disciplinary actions or reprimands against your license.
β’ Demonstrated patience and empathy, recognizing that our patients are often older and vulnerable. A calm demeanor and attentive listening are crucial for every visit.
β’ A dependable remote setup is required, as visits are conducted via video; strong internet access and a quiet, professional workspace are critical.
β’ Proficient in technology; able to quickly adapt to new systems and tools and work comfortably within them.
β’ A proactive attitude is essential; you are committed to enhancing the care model to achieve better patient outcomes and are open to providing constructive feedback to strengthen it.
