Supervising Attorney – Remote Services Center PM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily activities of RSC staff attorneys

• Offer continuous coaching and support to ensure high-quality legal services

• Collaborate closely with the other RSC Supervisor on recruitment and quality assurance processes

• Provide brief legal guidance to self-represented litigants

• Assist litigants with civil legal matters in Maryland

• Identify operational obstacles and assist in resource development

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland

• Minimum of three years of experience in litigation or relevant legal services

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role

• Strong knowledge of MCLA's brief advice model

• Exceptional organizational abilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• A flexible, collaborative, and solution-oriented team player

• Strong customer service capabilities

• Proficient in conducting efficient legal research

• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
