Supermarket Rack Refrigeration Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems in supermarkets.

• Service rack refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other related components.

• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical refrigeration issues.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and provide emergency service as necessary.

• Work with refrigeration controls and associated system components.

• Keep accurate service records and communicate repairs and recommendations to clients.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.

• Participate in an on-call rotation as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in servicing commercial refrigeration systems.

• Experience with supermarket rack refrigeration systems is highly preferred.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.

• Knowledge of refrigeration controls, electrical systems, and their components.

• Capability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and refrigeration schematics.

• EPA 608 certification is mandatory.

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
