Summer Intern – Field Operations

📋 Description

• Observe customer journeys within the store to gain insights into service flow and engagement touchpoints.

• Document essential steps in the customer experience, highlighting areas for improvement.

• Aid in identifying service enhancements that are in line with brand standards.

• Assist in collecting and organizing fundamental performance data (KPIs).

• Understand how metrics are utilized to assess store and operational performance.

• Help prepare basic business reviews and summaries.

• Observe daily operations within the store, including workflows and team dynamics.

• Analyze systems and in-store processes to discover opportunities for increased efficiency.

• Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.

• Spend time in-store observing customer flow and the execution of operations.

• Take comprehensive notes and contribute to the documentation of processes.

• Engage in team discussions to share observations and insights.

• Collaborate with team members to promote continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a bachelor’s program (preferably in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field).

• Strong observational, analytical, and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.

• Interest in retail, hospitality, wellness, or operations management.

• Previous internship or part-time experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

• Basic understanding of business metrics or performance tracking is advantageous.

• Enthusiasm for process improvement or operational efficiency.
