SuccessFactors Integration Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to collect integration requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Create, develop, and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications utilizing SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).

• Build and maintain integration interfaces, which include data mappings, transformations, and workflows.

• Leverage XSLT and Groovy scripting to design and enhance integration processes.

• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee quality and reliability.

• Oversee integration processes to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and performance of data.

• Offer technical support and prompt issue resolution for incidents and service requests related to integration.

• Ensure that integrations are secure, scalable, and easy to maintain.

• Document integration processes and deliver training to relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of integration experience involving SuccessFactors and other SAP/non-SAP systems.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Expertise in SAP Cloud Integrations, including pre-packaged integrations, custom integrations, PGP encryption, and maintenance of credentials & certificates.

• Proven experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and data exchange formats (XML, JSON).

• Familiarity with data transformation tools such as JavaScript, XSLT, and Groovy script.

• Solid understanding of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).

• SAP Integration Suite certification is a plus.

• Knowledge of HR processes and data structures.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
