This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish robust relationships rooted in trust and a shared mission.
• Engage in district offices, schools, and classrooms, collaborating with instructional and school system leaders.
• Discuss adoption trends and sentiments with educators, identifying opportunities for enhanced engagement.
• Facilitate the onboarding of partners to ensure successful implementation of Amira in schools and classrooms.
• Utilize data to provide insights to customers, driving Amira usage and ensuring fidelity in implementation practices to achieve impactful results.
• Offer technical guidance or training on Amira’s product.
• Analyze and communicate the factors contributing to the product's success or challenges in delivering value back to R&D.
• Articulate compelling narratives regarding adoption trends and customer sentiments.
• Actively seek out and address any concerns or issues faced by customers.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience.
• Over 2 years of customer success experience, ideally within the Education SaaS sector.
• Experience in implementing software solutions, preferably within the Education SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated history of achieving high (90%+) renewal rates and meeting expansion goals and targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Background in education administration and/or experience within a start-up environment.
