Success Coach, K-5 Math

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance knowledge of the Great Minds professional services catalog, which includes Eureka Math, Eureka Math TEKS, and Bluebonnet Learning, to provide top-notch on-site support, coaching, and professional development to assigned schools.

• Collaborate with Success Leads to offer services that are highly tailored to specific contexts.

• Provide on-site professional services up to 80% of the time within Central school systems.

• Participate in internal training cycles to develop or deepen expertise in new professional offerings, general facilitation, coaching skills, and to become more familiar with Great Minds products.

• Collect, track, and document implementation success metrics at regular intervals; maintain records of these metrics and all significant customer interactions.

• Communicate insights regarding implementation to leadership based on experiences with assigned implementations.

• Stay updated on, and share with the organization, regional trends and factors that impact customer practices, sensitivities, and purchasing behaviors.

• Represent Great Minds by presenting at conferences and contributing content in the form of blogs, whitepapers, etc.

• Foster and uphold a strong and supportive culture at Great Minds in all work environments, prioritizing trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or coaching, with at least 1 year dedicated to delivering high-quality professional development.

• Experience in implementing one of Great Minds curricula, particularly Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math.

• Proficient in or aligned with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.

• Possess deep content knowledge in the curriculum focus area (humanities, mathematics, science).

• Experience as a campus instructional leader or coach.

• Ability to coach across multiple content areas of K-5 Mathematics and RLA.

• Familiarity with both digital and print education platforms.

• Strong organizational skills essential for effective goal setting, project management, collaborative decision making, meeting deadlines, and maintaining records.

• Capacity to make solutions-oriented decisions through adaptable thinking in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
