Substance Use Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Conduct 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions daily utilizing a structured, evidence-based curriculum.

• Facilitate group discussions employing a “plug and play” methodology from approved modalities to effectively engage members within our clinical framework.

• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches to ensure comprehensive support.

• Monitor member progress and accurately document outcomes for ongoing evaluation.

• Foster a positive, recovery-focused environment for all members.

• Participate in local community outreach initiatives to advance the mission of the Groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred candidates will hold a Master’s Level Clinician Independently licensed qualification.

• Must be actively pursuing or currently supervised to obtain one of the following credentials: LADACII, LPC-MHSP Temp, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW.

• Proven experience in leading Group Therapy sessions.

• High comfort level with technology, including EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), and mobile applications.

• Demonstrated compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and a strong investment in member success.

• Availability to work 2-3 evenings per week until 9pm as required.
